We are based out of new Delhi and operate in the online arena.

What is the order processing time?


India based: We try to process all orders within 1-2 business days & shipping is on us.

International order: As you get in touch with us for the artwork that you are interested in purchasing with complete information (region of shipping, painting name, sku etc) then we will get back to you with a final price quote as soon as possible.The reason for not including a direct buy option is because the shipping cost & insurance will differ according to each country.




What is the shipping duration?


As we ship directly from the galleries hence shipping & delivery is in accordance to the location of the gallery and the delivery destination.

Shipping duration 2-10 business days within India
International shipping: will vary according to the country.We use DHL to ship internationally.

Is there Customs & Duties on the products?


India Based Shipping: There is no customs or duties on the products delievered in India. We also offer shipping free & taxes are inclusive on all products shipped within India.

International shipping:

Yes there could be according to your country of location. For any international orders, it is manadatory to first get in touch with us and then we will get back to with complete details incase we are able to include customs cost when you purchase with us. Otherwise customs is something you will have to research according to your country.




Are the artworks original?


YES! We have signed MoU'S with art galleries and artist.You will receive a certificate of authenticity accompanied with an invoice for every artwork.




How do you deliver the artworks?


Most of our artworks are delivered inside a rolled tube or they are properly crated. All our partners use higest standards of packaging compliances.




How do you accept payments?


You can pay us through Credit card, debit card or through direct bank transfer.

For our credit /debit card trasactions we have partnered with PayU Biz as a payment service integrator.

For direct bank transfer ,select manual payment payment option during checkout which will then display the bank details (name,IFSC,NEFT/RTGS Code etc).You can use the details to then pay though your banks internet banking facility.

Note: However please email us /contact us with the chat icon to inform about the direct bank payment.We will then block your particular artwork.




What is the return period?


For Defective/incorrect orders , we expect that you will contact us or directly the gallery through contact details in the enclosed invoice within 3 days of order acceptance. We might ask you to send photographs of the order. Once confirmed, we will then begin the return process.

For correct orders we don't generally accept returns.
